Our senior management's goal of having more women in leadership roles within the organization determined me to lead by example, proving that women can achieve success in the workplace alongside men by working hard. I joined JWIL right after post-graduation. JWIL has given me freedom and support to explore multiple domains. JWIL does not encourage Micro-managing the employees. Here we believe in growing as a team.
